Delivery across Saudi Arabia in 5 to 7 days. It is free on orders of SAR 200 or more, and a flat SAR 99 below that.
You have a 7-day right of withdrawal. The law requires the refund to follow your withdrawal without undue delay, and in practice we process it as soon as the goods reach us.
The E-Commerce Law excludes custom-made goods from the withdrawal right, so a screen made to your measurements falls outside it once we have started making it.
If it arrives faulty, damaged or not as described we put it right at no cost to you: repair, replacement or refund, and we cover return costs for faulty items. Your rights are protected under Saudi consumer-protection rules overseen by the Ministry of Commerce, including the Anti-Commercial Fraud Law.
Nothing needed. Wipe them over when you wipe the frame.

I'm an English speaking Expat. Easy to use web site and secure check out made shopping stress free. Ordered what I needed, ordered and it was shipped quickly and arrived with out issue. Enough packaging to protect, recyclable paper inside the plastic delivery envelope.
I purchased the chain screen door to keep bugs out. First, I don't think it keeps the mosquitoes out of the house. Second, it is very easily damaged as people pass through it -- the chains catch on clothes or things that people are carrying. Third, my dog has been able to pull it down multiple times. Fourth, the hangers are very wobbly and it sometimes falls down with just the slightest tug. Customers are not able to post reviews of products on the website, so buyer beware. I asked the company for a refund/credit, and they refused saying it had been too long since purchase (6 months) and that no one else has complained so it must be my fault. Of course, they don't allow reviews so there is no way to know. Regardless, very unhappy with product and service.

I ordered 3 screen kits & they arrived promptly. Easy to install, and I had left over material I was easily able to adapt to 3 other smaller windows. I recommend buying some extra corner clips if you intend to use the extra materials. The screens look good - a great option for casement windows needing customized screens. Note - for shipping to the Netherlands I had to pay tax on top of the purchase price.
